James Moore: James is a graduate of Willanette University and has a Masters from Chico State. James is the Senior Paralegal with 16 years experience in Bankruptcy. He is formally an enrolled agent with the IRS. His technical and legal knowledge are unsurpassed in the Sacramento area. He is the “engine” in the office.

Kaia Harris: Kaia has been a Chapter 13 Specialist and Litigation Specialist for 10 years. Kaia is the internet and technical "virtuoso" in the office.

Curtis Gee: Curtis received his Juris Doctorate in 1982 from Hamline University in St. Paul, Minnesota. He has been in the bankruptcy area since 1990, working for several well known bankruptcy firms in the Bay Area until settling in this area. Curtis is the “mentor” in the firm, adding knowledge and experience.

Jocelyn “Jocie” Bair: Jocelyn is a graduate from UC Davis and is my personal assistant. She does accounting, administrative and legal interviewing.

Jana Gabby and Christina Bare: Jana Gabby is the Office Manager and one of the hardworking Legal Assistants for the Law Office of John Tosney. She has a degree in Human development and takes time to coach for her daughter’s soccer team. Christina who is a Legal Assistant for the Law Office of John Tosney, lives in Yuba City where she has worked with John for 2 years. Christina is your go-to person for any questionnaire and Credit Counseling questions as she is the Hummingbird Guru.

Jillian is the newest addition to the Legal Assistant family with a degree in English. She is also an avid Staff Writer for the website, AmericasComedy.com.
