Bankruptcy Experience
I am a graduate of UC Davis with a BA in Economics. I received my Juris Doctorate from McGeorge School of Law, where I was a staff writer for the Pacific Law Journal and published an article of Health Care. I have lectured on various areas of bankruptcy and have appeared on National Television regarding credit rebuilding. I am a member of National and Local bar organizations.
I have 29 years of experience, all in bankruptcy practice, in Sacramento, Roseville, Yuba City, Fairfield, and Vacaville. I have never practiced in any other area of law. As such, I have built up a good reputation with Judges, Trustees, and other attorneys as being a hard-working, knowledgeable, and aggressive “debtors attorney”. Starting with a large bankruptcy firm out of law school, I have always found bankruptcy practice challenging and fulfilling, and I am fortunate to be at the “top of my game” when my skills and experience are needed most.
